CANCELLATION
NOTICE

● LESSON CONFIRMATION: your driving instructor will confirm lesson’s
date and times either via text or in person.

● PAYMENT we accept payments via bank transfer only. This will need to be
made 48 hours prior to the lesson.

● BULK LESSONS if you happen to have prepaid 10 hour bulk lessons, the standard insdustry rules apply:

1. Lessons have to booked and used within 12 weeks of payment day (for example, if you have paid for bulk lessons on 1st January. These hours have to be used by 25th March).
2. We require minimum of 2-hour lessons (that means you can have 5 lessons x 2 hours).
3. Refund issue: used lessons will be charged at full price + £20.00 refund fee).

● CANCELLATIONS – if a student chooses to cancel a lesson within 48
hours, there will be full charge.

● PICK UP/DROP OFF address – your driving instructor will pick you up and
drop you off at the home address you have provided to us. Unless you
have had an agreement for a different pick up or drop off location.

● REMOVAL FROM THE STUDENT LIST – the school will remove student’s
name off the list due to the following reasons:

– Frequent driving lesson cancellations
– Unpaid fees
– Poor & rude behavior or attitude
– If we don’t hear from student for more than two weeks
– Deliberate damage to our vehicles

● TESTS – please note the following:

– It’s the student’s responsibility to book the official date for their
driving test on DVSA website.

– The student will need to check with the driving instructor to check
the availability to avoid clashes with other students’ tests.

– We require minimum of 40 hours of driving hours to let students to take our cars to the driving tests. And that would be based on the fact if they have reached the test standards.

We reserve the right to refuse the use of our cars for driving tests if we feel the student has not reached DVSA safe driving standards.
